With various climates ranging from mild highland plateaus to hot lowland valleys, Zimbabwe sees seasonal extremes. For warm sunny days ideal for game drives, visit during the dry winter from April to October. To experience lush landscapes and see migratory birds drawn by the rains, plan your trip during the wet summer between November and March. Just keep in mind that some areas may be inaccessible due to flooding.
